5th Grade Parent Contribution

Please use the link below to help contribute to the 5th Grade Activities.

$50 (plus fees) includes the 5th grade t-shirt, pool party, pool luncheon, class breakfast, Memory Book, Class Night and the clap-out.

Beach Balls

Decorate your child's beach ball for the 5th grade pool party (June 15). Sharpies work best.  Decorations can be pictures or meaninful quotes or sayings. Please include child's name on ball.

Please drop off the beach balls at the pool on June 15 bore 11am  or arrange for someone to drop off for you.

Class Breakfast and Memory Book Signing

Please choose a bagel option and a drink choice for the bagel breakfast and Memory Book signing party on June 22.

 Pool Party Lunch

Please use the link below to order your sandwich from Panera Bread for the pool party lunch.  All lunches will be individually served.  

Choices:

BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Turkey Sandwich

Mediterranean Sandwich

Veggie Sandwich

Choose your sandwich and side (apple, chips or fruit cup).

Pool Party Info

Tuesday, June 15

Pool Party hours:  11am-3pm

Teachers will walk students  to the pool in the morning.  Students must be dismissed to an adult (parent/guardian) from the pool at 3pm.

Lunch provided from Panera Bread.  Children can bring their own lunches if they prefer.

Please bring a towel, sunscreen, mask and wear bathing suit.

No Pool Floats

Masks must be worn when not in the pool

 

 

Class Day Attire

Monday, June 21 10am

Kids should wear their 5th Grade T-shirts and whaver they would like on the bottom.
